1.Must have usual education for the experience required. JOB DUTIES: Provides personal secretarial, clerical and administrative support for the Administrator of Clinics and Ambulatory Services. Coordinates schedules, meetings, internal and external appointments including on campus and off site business interactions utilizing multiple electronic mediums such as Go-To-Meeting, Skype and other conferencing tools. Maintains files, prepares correspondence and reports, receives visitors, completes time cards, completes minutes, and completes special projects as assigned for various Administrative personnel upon request.
