Our client is a large oil and gas company.

The Role:
ROLES/RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
* Analyze and verify domestic and global lease, license and contract provisions to identify financial and operational obligations to be captured in core systems.
* Setup new domestic and global lease, license and contract terms and make appropriate revisions in Tobin Land System and know how to obtain related information from division order records in SAP.
* Communicate clearly and effectively with internal and external business partners and owners to obtain needed information and/or documents or to convey information for use by the recipient.
* Assist in verification of payment and obligation calendars of all types and coordinate the establishment of shut-in and minimum payment obligations as required by circumstance and provisions.
* Be knowledgeable in the process of drilling, production, plugging, and other activities that may call into play provisions of the various instruments maintained by Land Administration - Leases.
* Be familiar with the formats of various legal descriptions so as to analyze mapping information and interact successfully with the department's GIS mapping organization.
* Understand internal document management process to ensure correspondence, instruments, records, and all other data are filed appropriately for retrieval and analysis.
* Be aligned to company needs to monitor and measure business activities and to continuously improve our business processes.
* Conduct all business activities according to Company policies including business ethics, Company application of Sarbanes-Oxley legislation, and all system/process security restrictions.
* Be familiar with applicable federal and state regulations as to leases.
* Willing to become actively involved in all other facets of Land Administration work including understanding and developing division order data, business associate setup/changes, and the interfaces of our core business with others within the company.
* Be actively involved in professional organizations related to the industry.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
EXPERIENCE:
* Minimum of 5-8 years of oil and gas experience preferably in land, land administration, division order, or land development.
* Experience with a broad range of computer applications
* Experience in a general range of upstream oil and gas business activities.
EDUCATION/TRAINING:
* Bachelor's Degree preferable or commensurate experience - Law, Petroleum Land Management, or designation as a Certified or Registered Petroleum Landman, Certified Lease Title Analyst , any of which is a plus.

The five finalists, each winners of a $10,000 prize, will be announced by August 24.  Those finalists will then have the opportunity to compete for the $25,000 Grand Prize during a two month “beta test” phase.  The finalists’ applications will be piloted at a real shelter in New Jersey with real caregivers.  The Grand Prize winner will be the application, which receives the highest user satisfaction ratings from the shelter staff and competition judges.

Qualifications: Bachelors or Masters degree in business administration, healthcare administration / management or related healthcare field. Five years plus medical reimbursement experience, with progressive supervisory management in an automated billing environment. Well-versed with all federal, state and HIPPA privacy regulations and HIPAA regulated code sets to include thorough working knowledge of CPT and ICD-9 and ICD-10 coding protocols and procedures. Possess the knowledge base to assess the effectiveness and accuracy of LIS and Laboratory Billing System, providing input as necessary to making corrections and/or enhancements to revenue cycle management and outcomes. Audit, compliance, billing, collections, A/R follow-up, coding or other relevant work experience Advanced skills with Microsoft applications which may include Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point or Access and other web-based applications. May produce complex documents, perform analysis and maintain databases. Knowledge of medical necessity rules and procedures impacting claim submission, denials and insurance reimbursement. Knowledge of the Medicare MAC and RAC, regional, state and other local and federal laboratory billing regulations. The ability to search, review and present the regulations and policies of other States and various payers in a timely manner is essential. Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to provide clear, concise directives, with professional diplomacy and positive outcomes. Writing skills to include the ability to effectively provide SOPs for the various aspects of the revenue cycle including efficient A/R management. Demonstrated strong organizational and leadership skills in a fast paced, growing environment. Detail oriented. Strong organizational skills with demonstrated ability to effect positive change. Ability to foster and maintain relationships with internal department heads and staff, external vendors, payers and healthcare providers/clients.

The Program Manager oversees major Training and Go-Live for projects to ensure that activities are carried out in accordance with established specifications, schedules, and budgets. The Program Manager is responsible for completing regular audits of projects to ensure that projects are completed on-time, on budget and to the satisfaction of the Business Sponsor.

EHR POSITION PURPOSE

The Training and Go-Live Manager assists and facilitates the training and go-live of clinical and business EHR implementations, inclusive of but not limited to Cerner and MS4. The Training and Go-Live Manager provides on the ground support for regional implementations working closely with the project team and local resources to ensure a successful implementation.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

- Ensure that scope is defined and project plans implemented in accordance with the project methodology, through proposal scoping and through project start up, execution and completion. Responsible for entire project life cycle.
- Select, on-board and orient the team that will be assigned to projects and clearly identify purpose and background for the project. Defines and determine role of project management in each project, including specific roles and responsibilities for each project member.
- Provide hands-on project management and actively monitor project plans, deliverables, dependencies and outcomes for selected project(s) as approved by senior management and key stakeholders.
- Ensure that the project goals and objectives are achieved within the project timeframe and guidelines established by the relevant stakeholders and management committees.
- Monitor preparation of communication plans and related project status reports to key stakeholders and governance bodies (as appropriate) to provide project updates on activities and deliverables.
- Define and manage overall change control processes and quality assurance aspects of projects.
- Forecast and track capital and expenses for the programs reflecting Total Cost Ownership (TCO).
- Define and manage overall project risk identification and mitigation process through interaction with project constituents and stakeholders.
- Define and implement the appropriate change management strategy and plans to ensure that change management concerns are addressed during and after project implementation, as well as to ensure that the project impact is sustainable and supported by the business process owners.
- Prepare program reports for IT leadership.
- Interact extensively with and builds strong relationships with vendors, hospital leadership and other IT leaders.
- Manage Project Team's time to ensure that capitalization rates are met and that resources are allocated appropriately.

QUALIFICATIONS

Academic:

- Bachelor's Degree in relevant field(s) of study such as health administration, management information systems or business administration or equivalent experience required.

Experience:

- 5+ years of exp in a healthcare environment.
- 5+ years of information systems experience with an emphasis in Program Management.
- Project Management Certification preferred.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

- Possesses a thorough understanding of application programming, database and system design concepts.
- Possesses a thorough knowledge and understanding of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures for program management and facilitating highly complex projects.
- Strong leadership, presentation, and interpersonal and relationship-building-skills, with the ability to manage up, down and across levels of the organization.
- Possess a strong understanding of the hospital Clinical Systems and best practices and regulatory requirements
- Ability to manage time and competing priorities effectively.
- Possess strong communication skills to ensure the business is kept up to speed on the status of projects and aware of any possible issues.
- Possess thorough understanding of project management phases, techniques and tools.
- Highly self-motivated, self-directed, and attentive to detail.
- Ability to work in a complex and matrixed team environment; experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.

As a Project Coordinator, you will provide project coordination for the &business readiness& aspects of a Back Office systems modernization project directly affecting 25 members of the Client's Technical Support and Data Quality Analyst group and approximately 20 members of a support team. Business readiness includes change management, support model and workflows design, training, communications, and launch support. The project coordinator will work closely with the Program Manager to successfully manage project execution and organizational change management.

Direct Responsibilities:

Schedule and facilitate a lessons learned review (during planning phase).
Schedule, facilitate and document an Organizational Impact Assessment (use template).
Draft a Launch Support plan with appropriate stakeholders.
Maintain business readiness project schedule.
Proactively follow-up on project tasks execution.
Manage meeting logistics (scheduling, meeting prep, brief recaps).
Maintain and follow-up on Issues log actively surface issues.
Maintain and follow-up on Risks log actively surface risks.
Manage business readiness Change Control process.
Design, maintain, and publish Business Readiness progress score card.
Review and provide feedback on project deliverables as part of the team.
Communicate business readiness progress at recurring Program progress meetings.
Ensure all planned training resources are committed and scheduled.
Ensure all planned communications are developed, reviewed, and delivered as planned.
Determine mechanisms for capturing project success metrics.
Schedule, prepare for, and facilitate Business Readiness toll-gate meetings.
Ensure all planned launch support resources are committed and scheduled.
Gather and report project success metrics to the project team.
Plan and schedule a facilitated lessons learned review

Support/Shared Responsibilities with Program Manager:

Develop Business Readiness project schedule (draft and review with Program Mgr and then team).
Design and implement Business Readiness change control process.
Change management assessment, strategy, plan, and execution.
Program management coordination (eg, coordination with IT if needed).
Assess benefits realization.
Plan and schedule Operations and Product Management hand-off.

Demonstrated ability to work well with others (especially, following up on tasks without having direct authority).

SharePoint skills desirable (nice to have).
Strong understanding of project management principles and practices.
Familiar with business process analysis and design (support a Business Process Analyst resource on the project).
