We are delighted to represent our client a growing provider of services for people with; learning disabilities, mental health, complex care needs and autism in the recruitment of a Registered Manager for a brand new residential care home opening later this year.
Our client is specialist provider of locked rehabilitation services and is currently seeking an experienced Registered Manager to deliver consistent, supportive and sound leadership of a staff team in supporting people with complex needs and behaviour that can challenge.
As a growing group the role offers the successful candidate the opportunity to access both professional development opportunities and career progression.
Requirements for the position
- A proven track record in managing fully compliant registered services
- Working knowledge of the CQC and patients with learning disabilities and mental health
- Professional qualification
