Owner Operator more... ?

Sammons Trucking is a 100% owner operator Company, and has been around since 1962.

In that time we have learned one thing: Sammons and our independant contractors are in this together, and the better the contractor does, the better Sammons does.

Instead of just saying this, we make this a reality by maintaining one of the best reputations in the industry because we hire only the safest and most professional owner-operators.

Our customers have referred to Sammons as "the best kept secret in trucking", because of the quality service they know they can expect from us.

From our professional drivers, to our hard working and courteous dispatchers, our customers have learned that along with the higher rates we get, comes the assurance of knowing that their freight will be picked up on time, delivered on time, and arrive there in the same condition as it was when it was loaded on the trailer.

This has been Sammons' formula for success since 1962: provide a superior service, and customers will seek it out, pay more for it, and keep coming back.

We'd like to make this formula work for you too.

More specifically we'll start you off with a $2,0 sign on bonus, if you run enough miles each year to get our high mileage bonus, we'll help pay for your base plates, and an example of what you can make driving for Sammons; our owner-operators averaged over $200,0 to the truck in 2008.
