Essential duties and responsibilities of the Physical Therapy Assistant include providing skilled therapy services and interventions in accordance with Physician's orders, developing a plan of care consistent with the rehabilitation goals of the patient and participating in the interdisciplinary skilled nursing team. Candidates must have the ability to maintain an 85-95% productivity and complete computerized documentation.

Minimum Requirements:

Passing score on National Certification Exam
