Under the guidance of the Director, Operations Strategy & Network Performance Management, the Manager/Senior Manager, Operations Strategy will have responsibility for managing projects related to strategic decision making and process improvements across the Operations organization. This position will provide analytical, process improvement and consulting services in support of ad hoc projects, ongoing improvement initiatives and corporate objectives, facilitating cross-functional teamwork and presenting findings and recommendations to Senior Management.Requirements
Duties include providing analytical, process and project management support for Operations and Business Process Design/Implementation projects as an internal consultant. The candidate will support MedImmune's Operations Strategy group and all related projects. The candidate will assist in strategic planning for commercial and clinical product manufacturing while providing key analytical support for operations scenario analysis. Education: Bachelor's degree required. Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or science discipline preferred. Master's degree in Engineering, Operations Management or MBA with Operations focus preferred.
