SHORT SCOOP:
Degreed with 7+ years background in enterprise-networking environment, MCSE, VMware certified, 4+ years Client Server experience.

POSITION OVERVIEW:
As Network Systems Engineer, you will ensure that the enterprise wide server systems are deployed, maintained, supported, and updated.

DUTIES:
* Work with other parties to find the most effective and efficient processes for running and modifying the Servers
* Meet the needs of end users, to find cost effective technology services, and to support organizational growth and effectiveness
* Work with LAN/WAN network services, Email, Intranet, Client Server application, Extranet, and other technologies
* Work with PowerShell for .NET applications

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree
* MCSE
* Certification in VMware
* 7+ years background in enterprise-networking environment
* 4+ years demonstrated experience in Client Server enterprise environment-performing implementation, troubleshooting, and monitoring
* Demonstrated experience in project management
* Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
* Technical Ability in:
--Windows 2003/R2 server
--Windows 2008/R2 server
--ISA 2006
--IIS 6/7
--PowerShell
--SCCM 2007
--VMWare vSphere
--Splunk
--Linux
* Highly motivated and a team player
* Background includes financial, retail, or automotive environment
