You will be redirected to TheLadders.comJob DescriptionReporting to the Director of Finance, this position will have heavy interface with operational teams in the world-wide business units. The Senior Financial Analyst will provide financial support for global operations for the long term strategic plans, annual budget and forecast requirements. In addition, this position will provide analysis for quarter-end business reviews, board of director financial reviews and will partner with key business managers to optimize profitability and support business expansion. This includes analyzing issues, and working with the business owners to ensure proper budgeting and forecasting and refining of the forecasting processes.
Qualifications for this role are as follows:
* Substantial experience in and working knowledge of Budgeting, Forecasting and financial analysis in a US GAAP reporting environment
* Strong financial analysis, problem solving, critical thinking, and collaborative skills
* Comfortable with decision making under ambiguity and working under tight deadlines
* Strong business acumen; can see "how all the pieces fit together"
* Strong time management and project management skills
* Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to work with other members of the finance team and across the organization
* Good judgment
* Professional and diplomatic, can work with all levels of employees including the C-Suite
* Self-starter, requires minimal direction
* Experience in an automated accounting environment.
* MBA required; CPA a plus
* Advanced Excel skills
* Experience with Hyperion / SAP
* Experience in the multinational business environment
* Technical knowledge within High Tech Industry, accounting
* Undergraduate degree in Finance (or related field)
