• Services certification
• Previous knowledge of ATM software and testing
• Basic understanding of networking and TCP/IP communications helpful
Responsibilities Include:
• Testing and reviewing new and existing products and services
• Interface with third party product technical resources and coordination with service personnel
• Test terminal configurations.
• Services Level 2 customer support
• Troubleshoot RemoteLink installs
• Testing DR processes
• Clear and concise documentation for internal processes and procedures
Hours are 11 am to 8 pm Monday through Thursday and can vary on Friday.
Full Drug Screen, Background Check, and Driving Records reports are required by client.
Compensation: $16.50 per hour.
