Responsibilities:
Set-up beveling machine for appropriate bevel size and head angle.
Operate beveling machine.
Inspect alll work for preciseness of bevel cut, correct bevel angel, proper swatch sizing, and material defects.
Collect beveled swatches in cardboard boxes or containers with no more than 20″ of material.
Move full boxes to staging area for swatching.
Seperate all defective swatches from all useable swatches that are going into glueing area.
Keep accurate records on work orders and production

Preferred Manufacturing Experience
Generally, positions in our facilities require standing or sitting for long periods of time. These positions may require heavy and/or repeated lifting, bending, stooping, reaching overhead or crawling. Specific physical requirements for the job will be discussed during our interview process.
