Linden Resources is seeking a Key Entry Clerk II driven to exceed expectations while providing our customers with first class service.


**Position is part of an Ability One Requirement and requires a documented disability**


Core Responsibilities Include:


  • Under supervision of the call center supervisor will answer incoming calls to support the “Meaningful Access Currency Reader Program.”

  • Provide exceptional customer service

  • Communicate clearly and effectively with participants

  • Promote good listening skills

  • Answer participant questions, as well as questions participants to obtain full understanding of what information is being requested.

  • Manage length of calls

  • Recognizing and managing assertive customer calls

  • Promote teamwork and call center success

  • Organize and prioritizes duties

Core Requirements Include:


  • High School diploma or GED

  • 1 to 3 years of experience and/or training

  • Call Center experience highly desired

  • Must pass a security background check and Security Clearance (Public Trust) to work at location.

  • Candidate must be able to read, write and comprehend information
