The Windows Marketing Organization is searching for a Social Marketing Manager to support the Windows business.   Our team is at the center of driving a new revolution for Windows - to bring together these assets, to create new experiences and business opportunities. It’s a unique time to be at Windows.

You’ll need to have very strong collaboration skills, attention to details and organizational agility. You’ll be excited by the task of driving a global business and not daunted by the fast pace and continual evolution. You’ll be a relationship builder with the ability to make connections across work streams and provide stellar project management.

Key responsibilities include:

Drive social strategy for the Windows brand aligned to the marketing priorities.

Manage all daily social content on active channels (Twitter, Facebook, YouTube) and maintain editorial calendar.

Monitor social platforms for trends, new capabilities and new channel opportunities.

Manage agency/creative team, provide briefs and give strategic direction on all content.

Work with ATL/campaigns team on all social/digital executions and approve for owned social channels.

Collaborate with Windows.com and CRM managers to align creative, messaging, and campaigns across Windows digital properties

Collaborate across teams to align to all official messaging, apps/OEM/retail and others

Communicate with regional field teams managing social presence, ensure alignment on key brand

moments

Manage Customer Insight Center (CIC) community management team. Includes maintaining brand messaging/tone of voice, promoting team & business priorities via 1:1 conversations (campaigns, device, etc.), weekly summaries and monthly reporting for all reactive conversations, flagging & monitoring of any potential PR issues, serve as frontline communications of the brand to our customers, manage social playbook

Monthly reporting for all social channels - includes broadcast performance, web conversions, engagement and CTR, social listening of trends/share of voice, reactive response rate

Meet with social stakeholders x-company to share best practices, promote BG priorities as appropriate, share learnings
