As a pivotal part of this drive for the Business Cloud, the Cloud Engagement team is on point for building rich cloud based lifecycle services that brings efficiency and predictability to the various aspects of building, implementing and running business applications. With our engagement on the rapidly evolving Microsoft cloud technologies and continuous delivery, you will need to have experience working on online services and large-scale software projects, used to dealing with performance and scale. In your mind quality is an integral part of building software and you want to build visually appealing experiences that excite the user. You must have great technical skills, coding chops in technologies like C#, .NET, WebServices, PowerShell, Hive and SQL. You think out-of-the-box to innovate and solve hard technical issues.  

We are an integrated engineering team responsible for end-to-end engineering, which means everything from inception to production; design, development, testing, live sites and servicing. Qualifications:

8+ years of professional software development is required

A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Advanced Sciences is necessary. Master’s degree or equivalent experience preferred

Object Oriented Design and/or strong Database modeling/design and architecture experience is required

You’ve been a key contributor to shipping publicly accessible services and participated in servicing of these.

You’re thriving on cloud technologies and practices like telemetry, monitoring, deployment and diagnostics.

You have experience leveraging the cloud to achieve scale and performance.

Solid experience with a breadth of object oriented high-level language such as C#/C++/Java, ASP.Net, Hadoop and related technologies and with a broad range of disciplined engineering skills
