Windows is on the threshold of its next step forward with Windows 10.   A big part of this next step is innovation in helping Windows customers discover and experience apps, games and content created by developers and publishers through the Windows Store.   We’ve started that journey, are growing, and looking for passionate professionals who want to create, market and run this new experience with us.

We are looking to hire highly analytical and customer oriented digital marketing professionals with deep regional expertise and cultural insights.   In this role, you will help operate a world-class consumer service by assessing potential digital marketing campaigns against our quality and local relevancy standards, and approving their distribution to defined customer segments within a group of priority markets.   You will monitor and analyze campaign performance across a number of distribution channels and be accountable for any distribution changes needed to achieve a clear set of business objectives.

As a qualified candidate you will need to demonstrate:

1) Familiarity with Microsoft’s broad portfolio of consumer products

2) Keen appreciation and passion for the power and possibilities of mobile applications

3) Strong desire to create consumer delight by building and managing consumer services

4) Quantitative analysis skills and qualitative judgment to make the right decisions

5) Exceptional management skills allowing you to track, measure and improve both your work, and that of others on your team

6) Outstanding interpersonal skills and work habits allowing you to deliver results  

7) Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing and prioritizing multiple tasks while meeting deadlines under pressure

8) Proven ability to collect and synthesize inputs from multiple sources, both inside and outside the team

9) Professional experience defining and executing consumer marketing with a combination of mobile, online and digital products

10) Great proficiency with data analysis and collaboration tools like Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and web-based tool sets

Professional Qualifications:   The preferred candidate will have a bachelor’s degree and 5 plus years of experience in online/mobile retail operations or digital advertising with leading global firms leveraging data-driven marketing.   Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English are required. Business-level fluency in non-English language(s) strongly preferred with a specific emphasis on French, German, Hindi, Spanish, Portuguese, Mandarin and Japanese.

MBA from top tier program preferred.
