We are currently looking to recruit a Change Manager to fill the role on a 6 month project which may have the potential to be extended to 12 months if required.

The Role
As the Change Manager you will be required to lead the programmes for clinical quality improvement during our transition phase and act as our interim secretary to the Risk and Governance Committee.
This role’s main focus will be on continuing the day-to-day work around clinical governance, patient safety and high quality service over 350 sites. It will be responsible for improving reporting to the executive board of directors on clinical governance, improving patient satisfaction reporting and consistently meeting if not exceeding the minimum standards laid down by the CQC and GMC.
There may also be opportunity to participate in quality improvement, working with the project team to drive up quality within the business.
The Person
The right candidate will be educated to a degree level with multi-industry experience and previous roles such as Management Consultant, Change manager, R&G manager, QI Manager etc. who can provide evidence of positive implementation of change, skills working in a change environment and project management delivering multiple work streams on time and on budget.
A background in healthcare would be useful but this is not essential for the role.
