Our client is a reputable, quality branded operation; with a massive growth expansion plan over the next five years. They are currently looking for a strong JR Sous Chef with a dedication to service, quality of ingredients and where presentation and flavour is of upmost importance.
As Sous Chef you will be responsible for managing a demanding kitchen, in the Head Chefs absence; catering for up to 200 covers per day. You will need qualities such as being a confident leader of a brigade of 8; organisational skills and you will need to be disciplined with ordering and relevant paperwork. Most importantly you will need to have a talent for quality food cooked in large quantities.
Experience preferred and high volume and branded experience essential
