Customer Service Representative - Top Hotel Supply - Houston, TX






Primary duties may include, but not limited to:


  • Answering incoming phone calls and routing them to the correct department

  • Handling customer calls regarding online sales orders

  • Responds to customer questions via telephone and written correspondence

  • Operates a PC/image station to obtain and extract information; documents information; activities and changes in database

  • Research and analyze data to address customer service issues

  • Provides external and internal customers with required information

  • Under immediate supervision, receives and places follow-up telephone calls/emails to answer customer questions that are routine in nature

  • Uses computerized systems for tracking , information gathering and, call documentation

Job Type: Full-time


Salary: $15.00 /hour

  • Customer Service: 3 years

Required education:


  • High school or equivalent
