Purpose

This position manages assigned custom, open enrollment, international and other programs for the Executive Education Program. The primary objectives are to ensure growth through program quality, customer satisfaction, and faculty satisfaction while contributing to team goals and meeting quality standards and budget expectations. The focus of this position will be managing programs for our clients in the US and Middle East. This position reports to the Programs Manager Team Leader. Responsibilities*


Manage Open Enrollment and Custom Program

> Serve as project leader for all facets of the program design, delivery and follow-up for open enrollment, custom, international and other program deliveries

> Know program content and value proposition

> Collect and assemble all program materials from faculty, prepare work order and master ensuring quality of all program materials

> Manage program budgets for both open and custom programs

> Work with the faculty team, directors, and Marketing staff to conduct needs analysis

> Understands domestic and international competitive landscape

> Liaise with faculty and directors to create program curriculum

> Ensure customer satisfaction with program delivery

> Special customer needs after hours – non-program dinners, ball games

> 1st line of response for tech issues

> Provide In-class support

> Adjust logistics as needed and communicate changes

> Ensure appropriate program logistics, materials, food and beverage delivery

> Create and monitor timeliness/due dates for pre-read and program materials and keep track of a variety of programs in different phases of readiness

> Arrange any special program logistics (tours, off-site dinners, etc)

> Correspond with the appropriate units to ensure that the classroom space, audio-visual equipment, and other faculty-specific needs are functioning well and in place for each program

> Work with internal/external vendors to obtain program materials and services

> Collect, review and summarize program evaluations making recommendation for improvement and implement those approved

> Promote continuation of program offerings when possible

Business Development

> Maintain customer relationships with program participants to promote and sell other Executive Education public and custom programs and services to participants. This includes outward bound sales calls and other communications with past sending companies

> Promote the EE portfolio/certificate options and other services including coaching, consulting and custom programs

> Serving as a member of the new product development team for Open Enrollment and Custom Programs international and domestic

> Provide feedback to the Marketing and Sales staff on program content changes, revisions, and editing of brochures, email campaigns and other marketing communications

> Pass on leads for additional business opportunities to Professional Development, Business Development and Portfolio Managers

Faculty Relationship Management

> Initiate and develop strong faculty relationships

> Liaise with program faculty on program materials, logistics planning, Visa needs and delivery including development of content

> Act as liaison to the faculty during the program and provide relevant participant feedback on the content

Serve as an Organizational Contributor

> Participate in project relevant to the promotion and improvement of Executive Education/Ross School of Business including special project assignments Required Qualifications*

> A degree in Business Administration or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience > Excellent writing skills, proofing skills, and creative writing abilities > Demonstrated project management and organizational skills; strong attention to detail > Proven ability to successfully interact with a diverse group of people while interacting with students, faculty, and the public both pleasantly and professionally. > Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships and effective channels of communication at multiple levels inside and outside the organization. > Excellent communication (oral, listening and speaking), diplomacy, discretion, and presentation skills > Must be able to handle ambiguity. > Ability to work independently and to exercise initiative > Must have demonstrated ability in problem identification and resolution with excellent analytical skills, facilitation skills and previous budgeting experience > Must be self-motivated and have the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment > Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, ability to manage and meet inflexible deadlines > Must be a quick learner with the ability to multi-task > Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Desired Qualifications*

> Previous experience in the development and coordination of Executive Education programs or events is highly preferred > 2 or more years corporate experience > Experience developing and monitoring program budgets > Fluent in Arabic Additional Information
