We are a fast paced, fun Analytics team in the Office Marketing division driving the data-driven culture. We measure end to end business health of the business by defining and managing key business performance metrics. We develop and provide key customer insights and inform the business strategy and business model evolution. This is a highly visible role leading the transforming the organization’s pace to move forward through key insights about our business health and customer insights. In this role, you will define metrics touching various aspect of customer lifecycle. You will provide value by driving key business decisions for multiple stakeholders as well as a thought leader in building a data-driven culture.

The position will be responsible for devising analysis, reporting, and system capability solutions, and providing decision makers with actionable business intelligence. We are looking for an applied analyst who is passionate about data and deriving insights that drive our acquisition, utilization and retention programs. Someone who is driven, self-directed, entrepreneurial and focused on delivering the right results through data and applying. To be successful in this role, you must have strong skills in written and oral communications, a can-do attitude and the willingness to tackle hard problems in innovative ways.

Key Responsibilities

-Manipulate and analyze complex, high-volume, high-dimensionality data from varying sources using a variety of tools and data analysis techniques

--Deliver on ambiguous projects with multiple stakeholders

-Present findings and recommendations to key decision makers at various management levels

Requirements

  3+ years of industry experience solving analytical problems using quantitative approaches.

  Prior experience in BI, reporting, business analysis, and project management.

  Advanced Modeling and Excel skills and high proficiency in SQL

  Some knowledge of Statistics and statistical analysis tools like SAS, R, SPSS

  Manipulate large volumes of data, create new and improved techniques and/or solutions for data collection, management, and usage

  High attention to detail, action oriented, ability to work within stringent deadlines

  Ability to communicate complex quantitative analysis in a clear, precise, and actionable manner

  Attention to detail and data accuracy

  Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation communication skills.

  Customer focus and curiosity

  Prior experience in subscription services, telecom, financial services desired

Qualifications

• Masters or Ph.D. in Science, Mathematics, Applied Physics, Statistics, or Operations Research from a reputed institution
