Director - Business Programs, WW Enterprise and Partner Group

The WW Enterprise and Partner Group (EPG) team is looking for a leader to take the strategy, processes, and tools for Microsoft’s Enterprise planning programs to the next level.

The Strategy, Planning and Operations team is looking for an individual who is a strategic thinker, a strong collaborator, and has impeccable planning and execution skills with a focus on driving results while building relationships.   This role is part of a team responsible for building strategy, and integrating that strategy into the field planning program and processes.  

Key Responsibilities include:

•      Direct virtual teams of business leaders to develop comprehensive strategies and drive alignment in their planning to optimize sales capacity and achieve targeted profitability projections

•      Design process, tool, website for all field planning programs including field alignment

•      Align Quota Setting, Segmentation, Resource Blueprints, Account planning, scorecards, and financial planning to the overall field planning process

•      Provide project management of the program including all facets of program lifecycle from initiation through closure

•      Lead various field meetings and landing summits

•      Manage vendor(s) to update and manage document portfolio and website

•      Train the field and WW teams on field alignment process and subsidiary planning and provide support

•      Ensure operating models and strategies align with the overall EPG strategy

•      Align with other Operating Models on FY Priorities, planning process, WWSMM, timelines, communications, deliverables, and field guidance

•      Lead process and infrastructure for field and WW stakeholders to land key Enterprise priorities and strategies and topics for A13 through Priority Playbooks and WWSMM Landing

•      Negotiate with SMSG Finance and WW BMO on expectations on growth planning deliverables

•      Team with WW EPG stakeholders, including Business Architects, Partner team, Services, Marketing, Finance, and Field Enablement to land planning process output to the Enterprise Marketing and Sales Excellence communities

Requirements:

•      10 plus years in a technology oriented organization with experience across multiple disciplines

•      5 plus years driving high performing teams to design, build, test, support, and continuously improve programs

•      Proven effectiveness of planning programs, driving programs to desired results, and managing risk

•      Proven Project/Program Management Leadership including scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, communications, procurement, human resources, and integration management

•      Process oriented to provide predictable outcomes

•      Passionate about Planning and Operational Excellence

•      Field Planning and Operations experience is desired

•      MBA and Six Sigma or Quality Management desired
