The Field Performance Measurement team within Worldwide Marketing & Operations and Field Operations is looking for a Sr. Business Program Manager to insightfully use the key field operating mechanisms (Scorecard, Financials, and Share) to improve key M&O programs at corp and in the field. We are looking for a strong individual who can transform the way we measure and derive insight from field performance globally.   If you have a passion for using critical business metrics that determine success at scale (in the field and at corporate HQ), and the know how to build processes that use data to drive cross company business improvement, then this opportunity may be for you.

Ideal candidates will have demonstrated experience leading business planning/business management in a sophisticated cross functional and international capacity, while overseeing the implementation and usage of complex analytics at senior levels of management. Other responsibilities include:

  Improve and drive the usage of SMSG Scorecard and other field operating mechanisms to improve subsidiary and area incentive programs

  Define and lead a cross subsidiary Cloud Customer Segment Map project that benchmarks financial, sales and operational performance data to derive insights and drive world class commercial cloud services for every subsidiary

  Work with field leaders including AVPs, Country Managers, Finance, M&O and Segment Leads to define and implement an array of "Leader Tools" to improve subsidiary leadership decision making and accountability.

The successful candidate will have:

•      Working knowledge of the separate Sales, Services and Marketing functions

•      Held role in the discipline in a field-facing capacity

•      Demonstrated cross-group collaboration successes and community management

•      Strong analytical and problem solving skills

•      Strong project management skills

•      Upstream and downstream influence

•      Working knowledge of the SMSG ROB process

•      Operate in ambiguous situations

•      Demonstrated success in achieving commitments and timely delivery across projects

Additional qualifications that are desired:

•      7+ years demonstrated program and project management or planning or design, or implementation experience

•      Minimum 2-3 years of experience working with Segment sales and/or marketing teams

•      5 years of experience managing multiple team projects

•      Understanding and or working knowledge of the Area/Subsidiary scorecard model
