A top General Contractor is currently looking for Estimators with hard bid and buy-out experience. The individual will plan, lead, and coordinate, all activities associated with the overall Budgeting, Bidding, and Buyout of a construction project. This position analyzes all project documents to determine the overall estimated cost of a project and is involved with projects throughout the Pre-Construction and construction phase.
The ideal candidate will have a BS Degree in Building Construction Science, Construction Management, or Civil Engineering and have 5-10 years of estimating experience. The individual will have experience with projects ranging from $10 million to $45 million and conceptual estimating for project budgeting & negotiating/writing of subcontracts/purchase orders.
