We are looking for the top Enterprise Social experienced Consultants to join our elite team, to take responsibility for guiding customers in the architecture, design, and implementation of Enterprise Social & Communications and to help rapidly grow the Social delivery capacity across the business. The ideal candidate should exude passion and technical competence, backed up by a portfolio of successful technical services delivery in complex, challenging environments. COE Consultants need to be the most innovative and creative professionals in the business, with the deepest technical skills gained through hands-on experience on enterprise scale applications and systems.
Qualifications:
Strong leadership and the ability to teach, mentor, and take charge of a delivery team and professionally represent Microsoft in challenging customer environments are required. Also required are strong technical writing skills and the ability to effectively communicate with internal stakeholders, customer managers and executives on technical and business issues. The candidate must be able to handle ambiguity and resolve problems with customer designs and code. Strong organizational, time management, project management and negotiation skills are necessary. Expert level knowledge and real-world experience in defining Enterprise scale customer social scenario’s is a requirement.
A successful candidate will possess the following skills and capabilities:

c. Yammer
d. SharePoint
e. Dynamics CRM
f. OpenGraph
• Knowledge of the competitive landscape
• Experience driving globally executed integration projects by working with offshore teams
• A passion for social media marketing
• Strong social media monitoring and community management skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Agency experience or an understanding of the client/customer relations
• Experience circulating approvals in regulated industries
• Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing or Communications, a plus
• Business Analyst experience, a plus
• Experience and knowledge of advanced reporting and analytics provided by third party tools, a plus
• Background in graphic design and/or video production, a plus
The successful candidate will have a BS/BA degree or equivalent work experience combined with a minimum of 10+ years relevant work experience. We are looking for experienced individuals located in the US to be a part of this exciting team. Travel is an integral part of this position as are high levels of recognition and visibility. Travel can be as high as 75% as is demanded by the needs of our customers and our business.
