The new Access Online Service is backed by SQL Azure and provides a web app runtime experience in O365.   As an engineer on the Access team, you will be exposed to a wide range of technologies including C#, C++, SQL, JavaScript, and HTML. You will be part of a team delivering a solution for everyday people to harness the power of the global cloud computer and the power of building rich data driven Apps.

Basic Qualifications:

  Experience developing large scale services or applications targeting a broad and active user base that have high level memory and performance requirements.

  Successful track record of seeing projects through the complete software development cycle.

  Minimum 4 years of experience in C, C++, C#, or Java

  BA/BS or MS degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.

Engineers on our team have the opportunity to work with a wide range of technology or become deeply focused in specific technologies.   Our team works on service infrastructure to create a highly scalable, performant, and cost effective service with SQL Azure as our data store through a web UI experience for our design and runtime.   The languages used in our team include C#, JavaScript, CSS, PowerShell, SQL, and C++.   Ideal candidates have a track record and passion for creating high quality code and working in an agile environment making data driven decisions.
