Administration Representative - Lockheed Martin - Charlotte, NC

The position is identified as under Strategic Review Provide support to the Charlotte ATCT/TRACON construction project. Support requirements shall include but is not limited to data management, importing and exporting data to spreadsheets, maintaining and tracking project reports, managing project submittals, and preparation, tracking, or management of various other ad hoc project documents and items. Part-Time Position. Less than 40 hours with benefits.

Basic Qualifications

Outstanding organizational and documentation skills . Capable of applying MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, database management applications (KSN), and knows how to use the Internet as a data gathering and communicating tool. Must accomplish clear and concise general and technical writing, prepare and conduct effective technical presentations, provide thorough project monitoring and reporting, and tactfully coordinate with a variety of project stake holders, peers and management levels.


Desired skills

Experience with construction engineering. Knowledge of federal contracting rules desired.
