The goal of this internship program is to provide an introduction to the administration and operations management of the Baylor College of Medicine International Pediatrics AIDS Initiative (BIPAI) and Texas Children’s Global Health Programs and exposure to key issues concerning global health management and program implementation.
Among other responsibilities, the Project Intern will:
•Assist in developing and disseminating outreach materials
•Review and strengthen existing global health materials and tools
•Assist in developing pre-service training, emergency preparedness and security plans for staff traveling
overseas
•Conduct landscape analysis and research on relevant global health issues, prospective partners, and donors
