Under general supervision, manages E911 system activity to ensure the most efficient utilization of divisional resources; receives and prioritize calls. Uses appropriate judgment in all situations. Work under stressful and time-restrictive conditions. High School Diploma/GED and some experience in multi-agency, public service communication environment with experience in operating communications equipment such as CAD, 911, etc.

Must be able to work effectively under stressful conditions; have good communication skills; participate in required training. May be required to type at a corrected rate of thirty-five words per minute.
