General Clerk job - Warner Bros. Entertainment Group - Burbank, CA



SUMMARY OF POSITION

Warner Bros. Television seeks a General Clerk for the TV Estimating department. Position will provide general clerical support to the Manager of Estimating.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assists Estimating Manager and provides support when necessary or as required (answer phones, make calls, take messages, etc).

  • General office duties including making copies, answering telephones, filing, typing memos, etc.

  • Provides light accounting work (entering PO’s or invoices) when necessary.

  • Maintains Estimating files and file room. Coordinates shipping and receiving of location accounting files.

  • Tracks final series and pilot budgets for distribution.

  • Maintains and tracks office supplies, forms and kitchen supplies. Creates orders to be placed.

  • Performs other related duties as required.


JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • High School diploma or equivalent.

  • Prior Accounting experience and/or exposure preferred.

  • Prior entertainment experience helpful.

  • Knowledge of Windows, Excel, and Microsoft Word preferred.

  • Knowledge of report and letter format preferred.

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail required.

  • Must be able to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment.

  • Must possess excellent communication skills.
