Work closely with Business Relationship Managers to identify and document short-term requests and strategic vision, ensuring solution roadmaps are aligned
Work closely with Project and Portfolio managers to ensure a clean handshake between project acceptance, project execution, and project release
Establish governing boards to manage demand
Drive prioritization discussions based on supply, constraints, and urgency
Assist stakeholders with building business cases that address return on investment and funding
Ensure resource commitments are secured for successful completion of requirements definition, testing and acceptance of projects.
Drive content for governing boards including executive steering committees and change control boards
Drive adoption of IT governance policies, processes and procedures with internal and external stakeholders
Ensure the end user community and key stakeholders understand IT risk management processes and participate whenever applicable
