MAJOR DUTIES: The provides program and technical support to by routinely performing but not limited to the following duties:

· Repairing, fabricating, fitting of orthotic appliances.

· Application of pre-fabricated appliances such as but not limited to, lumbo-sacral supports, prosthetic socks and sheaths, elbow and ankle supports etc.

· Incumbent will take measurements of body and limb segments for fitting of appliances.

· Incumbent assists the Orthotic Lab personnel putting orthotic components together.

Work Schedule: 8:00 am to 4:30 pm

Promotion Potential: The selectee may be promoted to the full performance level without further competition when all regulatory, qualification, and performance requirements are met. Selection at a lower grade level does not guarantee promotion to the full performance level.
