Deliver training programs on Lavastorm Products. Training may be delivered at customer locations, at Lavastorm’s offices or in a virtual setting;
Evaluate the success of training delivered through formal evaluations and informal feedback;
Regularly review, improve and enhance course materials, including course notes and lesson plans in line with new releases of software and/or updates in new technology;
Keep up to date with current software releases and functionality for Lavastorm Products (LAE, LTW, LRC, LSA);
Provide post- training support to training course attendees if required;
Scope and propose specific training programs to meet the needs of the customer and;
Build out training content as needed and update training content to ensure readiness for delivery.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline;
&
gt;2 years training design and delivery of software or technical coursework;
Relevant training experience within similar customer- driven organizations in related industries (data analytics and/or software); and
50% domestic and international travel required.
