Consult prospective MBA applicants with Veritas Prep and keep your day job! Take on clients on a per-client basis (as a contractor) and have the flexibility you’ve always wanted!


Veritas Prep, a leading GMAT® preparation and MBA admissions consulting company, seeks MBA students and recent graduates to serve as MBA Admissions Consultants. Veritas Prep currently employs more than 300 graduates of the world’s elite MBA programs in dozens of cities around the globe.


MBA Admissions Consultants provide strategic advice, program knowledge, and essay feedback to applicants applying to business school. Because Consultants review essays online, they can work wherever they want, on their own schedule.

Responsibilities:


Application and Essay Evaluation:


  • Strategically evaluate essays and resumes

  • Edit application materials for content and style

  • Produce evaluative scores and commentary on complete application portfolios

Mentorship Functions:


  • Advise candidates on school choices, financial issues, and other key business school factors

  • Work with candidates to generate a personalized MBA admissions game plan

  • Manage client timelines and application processes

  • Respond to client emails within 24 hours

  • Return essay and resume drafts back to clients within 72 hours

Strategic Support:


  • Assist Veritas Prep in identifying most valuable services and functions

  • Support the venture’s emergence as a thought leader within the industry

  • Present Veritas Prep information and services in public forums

Qualifications:


Education: Current students or recent alumni from a top business program
Qualifications: Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Passion for the educational process and a desire to aid students in succeeding to the best of their abilities. Comprehension of the MBA admission process and industry, particularly at former program. Ability to assess a candidate’s application in the context of a top business school program. Writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
The ideal candidate will have admission experience at a top business school, however dynamic graduates from top schools will also be considered.


Approximately $100/hr
