Provides transport to patients to and from diagnostics and treatment areas throughout the hospital and timely transportation of expired patients from the unit, to the morgue, in a safe and customer service oriented manner.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- A high school diploma or GED certificate
is required

- Familiarity with a Patient Transport setting
is preferred.

- Team player
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize, manage time, work independently, solve problems, and take initiative
- Knowledge/awareness of all testing areas
- Precautions/Patient Safety Awareness
- Productivity/Preformation Standard Expectations TPLH (Trips per Labor Hour)
- Proper use and function of Transport Tracking
- Proper use, function and presentation of pagers and uniform
- All Transport required training

which identifies the holder of the ID as a Veteran, may also be attached to the application at time of filing.
If items are not attached, you will not be eligible for Veteran Preference
