MANAGER II, Talent Acquisition


Key Responsibilities:


• Own and lead the initiative to connect great people with great jobs
• Develop and execute creative strategies for identifying, attracting, and hiring highly qualified and aligned candidates
• Provide and model leadership to a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists
• Monitor and improve Key Performance Indicators including, time to hire, cost of hire, quality of hire, retention and size of talent pool
• Manage and ensure alignment of talent acquisition efforts with agency strategy and workforce development goals
• Develop and analyze timely and comprehensive reports
• Network with and learn from key players inside and outside the industry


Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Needed to Succeed:


• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, International Development or an overlapping/ related field, supported by certification in the HR field
• Demonstrated track record in talent recruitment; international experience preferred
• Progressive experience in managing a team and building capacity of recruiters
• Excellent communication and representation skills; able to professionally present CRS programs, approaches, and discriminators to potential candidates
• Excellent listener; able to formulate strategic questions
• Strong negotiation skills; able to understand motivators/barriers
• Strong oral/written communications skills; able to develop compelling value propositions
• Strategic and innovative thinker; able to find creative solutions to address challenges
• Flexible and responsive; able to work effectively independently or in a team setting as well as in complex and fluid environments
• Highly personable; displays sense of humor, high energy level, and an enthusiasm for meeting and working with a wide range of individuals in and outside of CRS
