Position Summary:
The Administrative Assistant will perform a variety of administrative support tasks or activities. This position will answer basic questions, perform routine clerical, data entry/data retrieval, and/or filing duties. Responsibilities also include ensuring all policies and procedures are observed. Duties require knowledge of front office routines such as handling staff communications center to ensure staff messages and mail are placed in staff mailboxes or urgent messages reach staff. Requires a basic understanding of the organization, programs and services, procedures and terminology related to a behavioral health front office clinic. As a team member, will play an important role by collaborating with other staff and contributing toward Company mission and values.


Minimum Qualification to Perform Job: High School Diploma or GED and experience working within health or human services setting. Clinical Supervisor

Position Summary: Position is responsible for the overall clinical direction and supervision of Adult and Children’s Outpatient Services and staff under direct service functions and other specialized clinical projects or programs as assigned. Supports the direct planning, development, implementation, and evaluation of treatment activities, strategies, and initiatives. Ensures that all staff are trained and qualified and/or certified as required to provide services for specific age/population. Ensures that clinical programs and staff meet applicable compliance standards. Responsible to ensure consistent compliance with documentation and billing requirements, clinical protocols and best practices. Position Summary: Interview members to assess and evaluate the members’ problems, provide crisis intervention and determine treatment or rehabilitation needs; gather and analyze information on members’ presenting circumstances, social and psychiatric history, and/or immediate needs; determine need and eligibility for behavioral health treatment, making recommendations and referrals within the Agency or to other programs and agencies as appropriate; oversee service plans which address the psychosocial needs as stated by members which may include housing, employment, education, financial, legal and social needs; prepare case histories and assessments or service plans; may provide individual, group and family mental health sessions as assigned, under the direct supervision of a licensed staff member; prepare a variety of administrative records, reports, correspondence and other documentation and maintains member records; communicate and/or consults with a variety of organizations, agencies, programs, and individuals in obtaining necessary treatment approaches and/ or support services for members, assisting members to meet their basic needs and improve their current situations; work with other agencies to identify, promote and develop needed health care services; participate in staff meetings, in-service training, team treatment sessions, conferences, and workshops; consult with Clinical Director, team members, and other professional staff concerning members; input and access data using a appropriate practice management system and computer. Members include children, adults, with severe disability, chronic illness, individuals in a crisis situation, and individuals who are parolees. Crisis Specialist & Crisis Specialist Team Lead

Position Summary:
The Mental Health Crisis Specialist Team Lead is responsible for providing on/off site crisis intervention and stabilization, assessments and short term case management to adults, children, and adolescents in crisis or emergency mental health situations 24 hours per day, 7 days a week, 365 days per year. This position may serve as a lead point of contact in the absence of the Director of Crisis Services. The primary goals of the Crisis Team are hospital or jail diversion, in home stabilization, member safety, and suicide prevention, and other tasks relating to this goal as required.


Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required. Two years of experience working in a behavioral health crisis center environment, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Customer Service Clinical Liaison – DTAP

POSITION SUMMARY: As the Customer Service Clinical Liaison for the Drug Treatment Alternative to Prison (DTAP) program they will assist and provide resource/case management services to DTAP participants. The Customer Service Clinical Liaison – DTAP may attend and participate in DTAP court hearings. Ensure that members’ rights are protected and enforced in accordance with CPSA and ADHS/DBHS policies and state legislation. Collaborates with CPSA’s provider networks to assure that CPSA managed care goals are realized and that appropriate levels of care are provided to members. Assists members and/or their designated representatives in the protection of their rights, including the right to an Individual Service Plan, and their right to file requests for investigation, appeals, and grievances. The Jail Liaison is responsible for supporting ongoing program development, implementation and facilitation as required. Position Summary: The Medical Records Clerk provides specialized and diverse administrative support tasks for the organization with the discretion to design and implement protocols and processes to accomplish established goals. The work requires the operation of personal computer, specialized data entry equipment, communications systems, and other office systems. The Medical Records Clerk serves as a liaison to the Executive Team and works to assists the organization in planning, organizing, and implementing compliance functions with agency-wide impact. Monitors compliance/ quality improvement deliverables to ensure that the timely completion and submission of required reports as identified by the Chief Operating Officer. Administers a multi-faceted phase of agency wide program involving technical administrative support processes including billing and claims management system (ClaimTrak), and the tracking, monitoring and reporting of production and encounter values on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis.


Minimum Qualifications: Two years of experience in general office, clerical and administrative support work. Education may be substituted for experience as determined relevant by the agency.. Position Summary: The Business Office Manager/HR Assistant/Admin Assistant plans, organizes and coordinates the financial operations of the program to control receipt of revenue, expenditure of funds and conservation of assets. In addition, the incumbent coordinates fiscal reporting to the Corporate Finance Department, performs bookkeeping functions, maintains related reports and records and acts as information services system administrator. Facilitating new hire orientation, maintenance of employee and client files in accordance with regulations and EEOC compliance. Works in partnership with Corporate HR on all HR related issues and activities.


Minimum Qualifications: Two (2) years of office experience is required; experience in the healthcare field preferred. High school graduation or a G.E.D.; Bachelor’s Degree in business-related field preferred; extensive and exceptional industry experience may be substituted for education. Must have a broad knowledge of standard office procedures and skills, including proficiency in word processing and data entry; proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel, is required. Possession of analytical and problem solving skills as well as the ability to work and communicate effectively with program and corporate staff is crucial. Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks with minimum supervision are necessary. HR experience is highly desired.
