Orion has an exciting career growth opportunity available for an Office Services Assistant , supporting our Tech Center (TC) located at our headquarters in Manitowoc, WI!

As a Office Services Assistant you will report to the Director – Executive and Board Affairs, interact on the front lines with our internal and external customers and uphold our customer promise. Primary responsibilities include Dedicated daily front desk backup for lunch, breaks and Paid Time Off, and must provide same seamless service as full-time receptionist. Provide variety of clerical/administrative assistance to various Centers of Excellences (departments) as required, including use of Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowePoint, etc).

Responsibilities:


  • Answering general calls and routing to the proper party

  • Clerical and other administrative assistance such as daily mail, producing folders and labels

  • Assisting Executives by processing expense reports, assisting in the creation of financial expenditure proposals, and Current Best Approach (CBA) documentation

  • Assisting in planning member events

  • Updating internal message boards

  • Assisting Organizational Development, Human Resources, and other Centers of Excellences as needed


Qualifications:

  • Associate’s degree, trade or technical degree, or related certification

  • Three to 12 months of experience with a degree or 1 to 3 years without a degree

  • Proven commitment to an exceptional customer experience

  • 40+ WPM

  • Accurate and detail-oriented

  • Proficient at Microsoft Word

  • Experience with scheduling and utilizing Microsoft Outlook
