As an intern you will work on the following projects:
– 40/28nm LP process physical digital design development;
– 40nm/28nm LP low power design methodology development;
– RTL/Gate/physical level low power design for both front-end and back-end, include Place&Route, LVS and DRC.
– Proviide detailed design document;
– Developi and execute synthesis, static timing analysis, and P&R for 40/28nm process;
– Assist with production ATE development for deep sub-micron design.
Job Requirements:
-Upcoming graduate in EE/Computer Engineering, MS or PhD candidates are preferable.
-Excellent knowledge of digital circuit design, and physical design.
-Strong analytical, and problem solving skills as well as hands-on lab debugging skills.
-Good knowledge of simulation and synthesis. Knowledge of ASIC design for low power and design for manufacturing and yield.
-Knowledge in languages relevant to the ASIC development process including Verilog, SystemVerilog, VHDL, Unix Scripting, RTL, gate and spice level.
-Knowledge in physical design include place and route in deep sub-micro design.
-Self-motivated, excellent communication skills and ability to excel in a team environment.
