Customer Service/ Order Entry Clerk
J & J Snack Foods, a leading manufacturer of nutritional snack foods, has an excellent job opportunity for an experienced Customer Service/Order Entry Clerk to support its Food Service business in the Pennsauken, New Jersey facility.
This position is the customer point of contact for orders, cancellations and returns, ensuring all communications with customers reflect out highest standard of courtesy and problem resolution.
The qualified candidate must maintain knowledge of products and pricing, staying informed and up to date regarding items with pricing/promotions.
Basic Minimum Requirements:
- Accurate data entry of orders and able to prioritize shipping requirements to ensure customer needs are met on a timely manner
- Verify customers receive appropriate documentation of any changes/cancellations
- Coordinating returns or disposal of items, issuing return authorizations
- Must be proficient in MS Office (Excel, Work & Outlook)
- Have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Must be professional and detail oriented, be able to handle multiple tasks with speed and accuracy in a fast paced environment
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer service, account management
