The Connecticut River Academy ( http://www.ctriveracademy.org ) is an Environmental Studies /Early College Magnet High School , operated by Goodwin College on its river campus in East Hartford. We currently have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and energetic School Based Intervention Coordinator who is highly motivated to work with students from diverse backgrounds. The school features a collaborative learning model, block scheduling, hands-on and outdoor learning along with multiple connections to Goodwin College. The School Based Intervention Coordinator will supervise and support scholars in maintaining positive behaviors in various school settings. This person will assist in the investigation of behavioral incidents and the implementation of behavior intervention plans. This is a school calendar position with hours from approximately 7:15 – 3:45pm (up to 40 hrs. a week). The rate is $22.50 per hr. Bachelor’s degree required. Apply online at www.learn.k12.ct.us.
