One80 Fitness is a young and rapidly growing company seeking team members who are positive, fun and energetic, and who enjoy a fast paced environment in the fitness industry.
General Duties include but are not limited to:
- Offer friendly and prompt greetings to every entering member and guest
- Ensure members check-in properly and alert them upon entry of any account alerts
- Register all visitors, guests, and potential members properly
- Present membership options to potential members and assist them in facility tours and signing up
- Answer all calls in a professional, articulate and friendly manner
- Direct all calls, guests and visitors to the appropriate department in a friendly and courteous manner
- Process resale, retail and membership sales
- Operate club amenities within proper procedures (tanning salon, relaxation area, smoothie operation)
- General cleaning of fitness floor zones and equipment
- Maintain, enforce and professionally explain club policies and rules for intimidation free atmosphere for members
- Other related duties as assigned
Position Requirements include but are not limited to:
- Must possess and outgoing and friendly personality!
- Minimum of a high school diploma is required
- Professional and appropriate dress (uniform shirts are provided)
- Professional and polite customer service skills
- Effective and articulate communication abilities (verbal and written)
- Possess basic cashiering functions following established procedures
- Must be able to handle physical demands of position such as standing for long periods of time, lifting heavy objects, bending, stooping, etc.
