Records and Documents Administrator job - Nakuuruq - Panama City, FL

One of our subsidiarly companies is hiring for this position.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The records management clerk will provide direct support to the Records Management Office at NSWC PCD. Candidate will maintain the Electronic Records Management system, conduct training courses to all-level users of the program, support a variety of employees with system questions and provide responses. Annual Management Record’s Program checks will be performed as well as participation in Records Management Community of Practice meetings. Maintenance of the Record’s Management Webpage will be required.


Qualifications

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:


  • In-depth working knowledge of DoD and DoN Records Management


  • Experience with DoN records keeping requirements.


  • Demonstrated skill in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Work, PowerPoint).


  • Requires a SECRET level DoD security clearance


DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Prior experience at Naval Surface Warfare Center, Panama City (NSWC PCD).


  • Knowledge maintaining and updating webpages.


Work Environment and Physical Demands:

Work is generally performed Monday thru Friday. Must be able to stand and sit for extended times.
