Project Coordinator/Administrative Assistant - American Storage and Transport, Inc - Long Island, NY






Growing, fast-paced wall & furniture installation company looking for an Administrative Assistant to work out of their Melville, NY office. Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to supporting sales associate in coordinating delivery and installation of new furniture services for clients.


Applicant should have the following skills:
*Outstanding Customer Service attitude
*Proficient in Microsoft Outlook & Office Suite
*Excellent phone/communication skills
*Superior Organizational skills
*Knowledge of furniture/moving a definite plus, but not a requirement
*Detail-oriented; multi-task; a self-starter
*Ability to write professional correspondence to clients, including quotes, letters, emails and faxes
