Qualifications Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.Minimum 2 years work experience as Assistant Director of F&B, or Senior Restaurant Manager in larger operation.Good operational, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must, and banqueting experience an asset.Qualified Trainer and PC literate, Microsoft Office and Internet and other related software programmes.Fluent in spoken & written English and able to network with peers in the industry.Well versed in leadership and management skills, good motivator and trainer.Self-motivated, hard-working, sensible, able to work under pressure, pleasant, responsible, independent, initiative, outgoing personality and ability to communicate with people at all levels.
