ASP.NET .NET Framework Design Dev, Job Opening, NEO, Youngstown, OH

REQUIREMENTS:

- 5 years work experience in .NET Framework design development using ASP.NET, C#, OOP/OOD with experience in Visio, Visual Studio, Visual Sourcesafe (VSS), HTML for client side Scripting, XML, Software Life Cycle Development, Agile Methodologies, jQuery, Testing, SQL Server, T-SQL, Oracle, stored procedures, triggers and functions.

- Current or past experience in VB.NET, VBScript & JavaScript.

Knowledge/experience in MSEL, SQL Server Reporting Services, XML schema specifications, XML transformation technologies; XSLT; DHTML; Software Configuration Management & Change Control; Patterns of Enterprise Application Architecture

- A PLUS: Knowledge/experience in eCommerce or WEB Services Design, Development, & Implementation; Patterns of Enterprise Application Architecture and Service Oriented Architecture (SOA)

- Will be involved in interface design/development, domain driven design, patterns of enterprise application architecture and test driven development and components development web services & E-commerce.

- EDUCATION: Required: B.S. degree in Computer Science or related BS or BA 4 year degree.

- A PLUS: Certification MCTS (Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist) OR related certification OR in the process of studying for Certification.

- Location: Youngstown, OH ( MahoningValley, NEO, Northeast Ohio near Western Pennsylvania).

- DURATION: C-T-H (3 to 6 mo)

Experience required as a SQL Server DBA and Oracle, PL/SQL, T-SQL, stored procedures, triggers, views, indexes, Oracle internals administering, managing and supporting database in development, test, production environments, analysing requirements, creating physical and logical database designs, and providing day-to-day admin of the databases, backup/recovery, and database server monitoring and tuning.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

- Administering, managing, and supporting databases in development, test, and production environments and analysing requirements, creating physical and logical database designs, and providing day-to-day admin of the databases.
- Responsible for security, user management, backup/recovery, and database server monitoring and tuning.
- Work with users, developers and management to understand needs and design/implement solutions.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

- Mid to Sr. Level experience in SQL Server plus experience in Oracle, PL/SQL, T-SQL, stored procedures, triggers, views, indexes, Oracle internals, administering, managing and supporting database in development, test, production environments, analysing requirements, creating physical and logical database designs, and providing day-to-day admin of the databases, backup/recovery, and database server monitoring and tuning.
- Requires excellent communication skills as well as technical skills.
- US Banking Industry experience is a PLUS.
- IMMEDIATE need in Cleveland, OH. Local candidates preferred.
