Come see what you are missing!Customer Fulfillment Leader – MobileThe Customer Fulfillment Leader - Mobile will develop in depth knowledge of the Mobile product lines and in conjunction improve processes and procedures to meet the evolving market expectation for world class fulfillment of services. In this role, you will:- Align service fulfillment more closely with product line initiatives (NPI, market shifts, training expectations) to keep pace with industry standards and expectations
- Provide Field site management for product line specific initiatives to ensure financial, contractual and service fulfillment
- Lead projects and initiate with broad scope and high impact to the business
- Be responsible for major and complex assignments with long-term business implications
- Contribute to the overall strategy and manages complex issues within product line areas of expertise
- Identify revenue generating and VCP opportunities
- Demonstrate leadership in communicating business goals, programs, and processes for an area or business segment
- Utilize your experience or expertise to solve problems, develop and execute objectives for associated product lien owners, and have the ability to effect short-term and some long-term business goals
- Be responsible for daily coordination of fulfillment issues related to large scale projects within a designated product line
- Be responsible for resolution of project related issues
- Incorporate business objectives into detailed plans to help onsite service fulfillment
- Coordinate service fulfillment working cross functionally
- Coordinate right size delivery organization to program needs (Onpoint, UF, ED), report utilization
- Support sales activities – upgrades, modifications, new contracts
- Mentor and train staff (technical/commercial – soft skills)
- Coordinate onsite support of FSR for parts issues
- Provide prompt constructive feedback and consistency of feedback to program goals
- Procure proper tooling and training for FSR's (multimeters, 4-20, pressure)
- Develop and deliver validation / calibration program, implement TAT
- Manage consistent trip reporting and feedback from site visits
- Drive issues to CIT, drive closure
- Operating procedures for site visits (steaming, membrane change)
- Provide FSR training content
- Assure EHS standards and expectations are communicated and met
- Work closely with other disciplines including Engineering & Sourcing
- Provide regular updates to project owners - Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, IE or Environmental Engineering and a minimum of 2 years of water treatment experience (or a High School Diploma / GED, Home School Certification, or International Equivalent to High School Diploma, and a minimum of 6 years of professional work experience in water treatment field)
- Minimum of 1 year of leadership experience Additional Eligibility QualificationsGE will only employ those who are legally authorized to work in the United States for this opening. - Ability and willingness to work in and lead cross-functional teams

- Experience in GE Global Field Services
- Strong service related background
- Minimum of 2 years of experience and knowledge of water treatment systems and equipment. UF, RO, EDR, EDI, pumps, motors, FDA, filtration, and chemical feed systems
- Experience with GE water treatment equipment
- Ability to multitask, provide direction and address service request issues
- Experience managing a dispersed workforce

Job Description


The Lean Leader is responsible for developing and implementing plant-wide team efforts in improving key performance indicators such as manufacturing OEE, product quality, waste reduction, energy conservation, safety and operating costs. He or she will utilize the Toyota Production System / Lean methodologies, techniques, and tools to facilitate the transfer of such learning in the plant to develop individual champions and teams necessary to support continuous improvement activities consistent with business goals. He or she will also conduct these activities in conjunction with other organizational functional leaders and members to solicit support for implementing continuous improvements to operational processes. The lean leader will prepare and make presentations and status reports to keep local and corporate leaders abreast of the results of the TPS programs.


Responsibilities:


Lead the TPS deployment in the Frisco Recycling Center, to include setting specific goals, objectives, timetables, action plans, and key leader (hourly and salaried) enlistment strategies.
Lead frequent Kaizen and TPM Events to closure, and train and mentor the leadership team and staff members in the principles, methods, and applications of the TPS Capabilities such that continuous improvement efforts are integrated into change management processes.
Coordinate efforts with functional leaders, supervisors, and hourly associates in identifying improvement opportunities within the plant and develop justifications to substantiate potential cost savings to the plant.
Train, mentor, and develop hourly team leaders whose primary responsibilities are immediate problem solving, developing standardized work, and continuous improvement.
Conduct time and motion studies and/or utilize value stream mapping and process charting establish and validate production standards and to troubleshoot and streamline work flows.
Foster and support the development of continuous improvement teams.

Requirements


BS in Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical or Industrial Engineering or related field.
4 years experience in industrial manufacturing environment with excellent track record of business results and increasingly higher levels of responsibility in line operations or engineering leadership roles
Proven leadership experience with significant and verifiable results
Experience in team development – problem solving, conflict resolution, building cooperative relationships, and effective communications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to give and share information to/with co-workers, customers and production management in order to achieve optimum plant performance.
Effective coaching and mentoring skills
2 years experience in leading site level continuous improvement efforts and projects using Toyota Production System and/or Lean/Six Sigma methodologies is preferred
Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt certification is preferred
Experience working in a union industrial manufacturing plant is preferred
Background in maintenance management systems is a plus
