Account Executive

The US Health and Life Sciences (HLS) sales organization has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Microsoft Account Executive to become part of something special.   The company is making a major investment in Healthcare growing the number of customers served and dedicated resources each year.   Our clients are primarily healthcare systems, hospitals, clinics and health plans.  

This opportunity has been created by splitting one of our most successful territories as a result of multiple years of success allowing us to hire an additional Account Executive to manage the healthcare customers in the states of Missouri, Kansas, Oklahoma and Southern Illinois.   The newly created position will be responsible for approximately 25 customers spread across these states with the largest concentration of customers is the Missouri / Southern Illinois area.

As an HLS Account Executive you will be responsible for achieving quarterly and annual revenue targets by selling Microsoft technologies and support services across the territory. The successful candidate must be able to creatively tackle complex architecture sales, major competitive threats, and customer "inertia," as well as be able to quickly make appropriate judgment calls and effectively allocate and manage resources.

You will be responsible for conducting quarterly business reviews with key customer contacts to gain insight into their business initiatives and barriers to the success of those initiatives. You will possess executive presence and the ability to develop win/win business relationships at the CxO level within IT and the lines of business. Annual improvements in customer satisfaction will be expected and measured by annual survey.

Development of an effective and actionable territory plan that aligns to the client's business priorities satisfies Microsoft's near term business objectives, and positions the territory for consistent long term growth will be required. A critical success factor for this position is a clear vision and attention to detail, leadership, execution, and engagement. Continuous reinforcement of your territory and account strategy, mentoring v-team members, and recognizing individual and team contributions will be critical.

Development and maintenance of a healthy opportunity pipeline and accurately forecasting your business on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis are part of the job. You must be able to qualify opportunities by clearly articulating the opportunity return to Microsoft strategically, financially, or both. You must establish and drive an appropriate rhythm of business process to produce the desired business outcomes.

Recommended Qualifications:

The Microsoft Public Sector Services, Department of Defense team is looking for an exceptional business and technical leader to perform the role of a Senior Technical Account Manager (TAM), responsible for managing one or more of our key Federal Customer(s).

A TAM is a trusted business advisor to Microsoft's Premier Support customers providing strategic guidance around operations and optimization of their IT infrastructure through quality Service Delivery Management. Our client's company was founded in 1948. During the years they have grown cut flowers, cucumbers and since 1973 mostly tomatoes.
Today, the company employs between 60 and 200 employees depending on the low or high season, and operates 12 ha tomatoes, all in modern Dutch Venlo greenhouses, 2,7 ha of which are lighted for winter production. This production areal will grow to 4,4 ha next year. All production is on Grodan product with hanging gutters. The company also grows 1 ha. sweet pepper and 1,7 ha fully organic tomatoes, the latter production with its own dedicated grower. In the conventional production any pesticides are avoided and only bio control is being applied. The company operates its own packing station and has a combined heat and power station for heat delivery and Co2. Priva systems are used for climate control.
Our client grows many specialties like Dunné, Piccolo, Junita, Kumato, but also normal round varieties. All products are sold as premium products. The products are packed as Katrine & Alfreds Tomatoes, which is a well known quality brand in Denmark.
The company is the leading tomato producer in Denmark, but also imports tomatoes from Spain in the winter season. With an overall market share of 40 % in Denmark, all their products are being directly sold to the Danish retail. They are a member of the European Piccolo group and of a Scandinavian/Dutch study group which meets 4 times a year, where data and climate figures are being exchanged.
Additionally, our client grows tomatoes in Sweden, with currently 8 ha. An additional 4 ha. will come into production in October this year with light production. The position
As Production manager you will report to the CEO who is also the owner and you will be a member of the management team comprising the Finance manager, Sales manager and CEO. Together this team forms the daily management of the company. You also work together with the HR manager.
The company has very short communication lines and works closely together.

You will have a span of control comprising the Staff manager, the Grower of organic production and the Grower of the sweet pepper production. The staff manager on its turn manages the supervisors.

Our client would like the final candidate to commence his duties by 1 December 2014 or earlier if possible.

Tasks and responsibilities
Daily climate and irrigation control/adjustments, tomatoes and peppers.
IPM (make final decision to chemical treatment).
Weekly reports to consultants, tomatoes.
Weekly report to Scandinavian grower group.
Production/planting plans together with sales, twice yearly

The Account Manager Mobile and Online, manages the post sale campaign activities of Ad Works clients.

This position will regularly interface with clients, billing, and traffic to assist in campaign creation, initiation and maintenance.

Responsibilities of the Account manager will include but not be limited to the following: Responsibilities: Manage post sale client communications and overall relationship Initiate and assist with the implementation of campaign optimization tools and technologies (tracking pixels, surveys, etc.

) Accountable for obtaining complete and correct campaign materials and third party logins from client and delivering to Ad Ops Monitor campaigns for pacing and performance Responsible for the generation of ad hoc reporting, order entry and campaign maintenance Distribute campaign optimization and campaign changes requested by client to internal Operations team for implementation Delivery of weekly, monthly and final campaign reports to client Collate post-campaign feedback for post campaign wrap package and delivers to internal stakeholders including Operationss, Marketing and Sales Planners Coordinate approvals and management of special projects with Associate Director related to special requests Build & maintain relationship with internal and external partners Desired Skills: Bachelors Degree or 3-5 years equivalent.

Minimum sales planning experience or project management experience Previous client services experience preferably in mobile or online media Excellent numerical, problem-solving and analytical skills and proficiency with MS Power Point and Excel Superior Client Service Skills Ability to clearly communicate verbally and in writing and persuasively present to a wide variety of audiences.

Strong organization and project management skills.

POSITION SUMMARY

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS


Over 5 years experience in software or services/hi-tech sales/marketing/partner management positions.
An excellent and proven, referenceable track record in developing new business – therefore a proven ability to play with the team and coordinate resources internally.
A good communicator with good presentation skills.
Self-motivated individual, with strong follow up skills, who enjoys partner contact and problem solving.
Demonstrated and consistent track record of sales success with the ability to penetrate and engage at the executive level.
