At least one year office environment experience required. Experience greeting visitors and answering multi-line telephones to direct callers/visitors and assist with their needs in the organization preferred.

Demonstrated human relation and effective communication skills are required.

Job Overview
Job Summary: Administration of the SJM EPIQ (Enterprise Process Improvement Through Quality) system.

Job Duties:
• Collecting and documenting technical requirements used for design specifications
• Assist in evaluating new requirements and recommends new processes and standards as appropriate
• Designs, configures, builds, tests, and administers software and technical platforms to standards
• Effectively identify user and technical dependencies, identify risk, and engage other technical domains to define broader solution sets
• Define Build Standards and Test Standards, guidelines, best practices, and produce metrics as directed
• Maintain Software Lifecycle elements related to software validation including the authoring, execution and summary of validation activities (e.g. IQ, OQ, PQ). Will use industry-standard change management procedures for the maintenance of application and environment.
• Establish and maintain system specific documentation and operational procedures
• Conducts proactive capacity planning, performance monitoring, configuration tuning and technology refresh
• Perform incident and problem analysis and resolve escalated technical problems following established guidelines
• Manage & reinforce systems security in accordance with industry best practices and enterprise policy
• Work with software vendor Technical Services and Development teams for the purpose of application upgrades, validation scripting, external system integrations and report/resolve issues
• Participates in all call rotation as directed
• Perform user provisioning and new user training tasks as required
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, MIS, and Mathematics, Engineering, Business or area of functional responsibility preferred, or equivalent 6 years of industry work experience
• 4-6 years of industry experience in a technical profession
• Experience working in a broader enterprise/cross division business unit model, preferred
• Ability to work in a highly matrix and geographically diverse business model
• Ability to work effectively within a team and as an individual contributor in a fast paced changing environment -- multi-tasks, prioritized and meets deadlines in timely manner.

The Business Systems Analyst will be responsible for effecting change through the IT application development organization. The analyst will support and drive process improvement as well as software development projects. Primarily focusing on process improvement initiatives, the analyst will work with the IT analysis and development communities. This person should be high energy in order to quickly adapt to changing environments by constantly reevaluating department processes, technology, structure, policies and procedures to ensure that best practices are in place. The analyst must be able to convey process improvement initiatives and project objectives in understandable terms at all levels of the organization and through proper channels. As to understand current operating processes, assess current effectiveness, provide recommendations and ownership of how to best optimize current processes and articulate findings to senior management, the analyst must be a strong communicator both written/verbal and it will be important for the analyst to develop a solid understanding of our client's strategy and business.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Minimum of 7 years professional experience in an IT environment, doing business analysis and/or working on SDLC
- Prefer a minimum of 2 years process improvement/consulting experience, Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt and/or experience with LEAN
- Web application development experience of large consumer facing web and mobile apps is a big plus
- Strong financial background, banking and/or credit card systems (stored value systems) experience is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in a business or technical field required

About the position:
In this role you will work within the Configuration Management team to ensure that the latest and greatest of platform and games development is ready to be deployed on our test systems. This means that you will be responsible for improving, automating and maintaining our build system that currently consists of a combination of Ant, Maven2, Artifactory and Hudson/Jenkins. Within this role you will also be working with branching, rebasing and merging in our version control system Subversion. At the end of each development cycle you will also be working with creating release versions of verified products that are then delivered to our operations department. To ensure an efficient knowledge transfer you will also be required to provide technical expertise to our development and operations teams.What's your background?
We believe that the ideal candidate has a technical degree in Computer Science (or similar) and at least 3 years of experience within configuration management and in particular with build and version control systems. You should also have a solid knowledge and experience with Maven2, Ant, Hudson, Subversion and SOLARIS. Knowledge and experience with scripting and automation and with other build server technologies or version control systems is a merit. We require that you are fluent in English and it’s a merit if you are also fluent in Swedish.
