, you'll be responsible for helping us properly interpret and resolve rejections insufficient payments and unpaid claims for insurance companies.

Specifically, you will: - Work with insurance companied to resolve unpaid claims - Respond to correspondence received from insurance carriers or patients.

- Appropriately changes essential information needed for insurance carriers for redirection or status of initial claims.

- Manage denied claims and appropriately file appeals - Make outbound calls to hospitals or insurance companies to research and gather necessary information for successful claim resolution - Strong knowledge of computer skills.

- Internet navigation is necessary - Write letter or refund request to the client.

Location: North Charleston, SC Position Description The Operations Manger will be responsible for the employee supervision, motivation and training in one of our large medical billing processing centers. The Operations Manager will supervise and coordinate all Accounts Receivable functions and staff, reviewing and responding to quality and productivity results. Minimum Requirements The successful candidate will have at least 3+ years supervisory experience, strong analytical skills, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills. A Medical Billing background is required with a strong knowledge of Accounts Receivable Management and back-end physician billing. Practice Management and coding experience is a plus Education A high school diploma is required, Bachelor's Degree preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
