Essential Job Functions
• Plans, develops, implements and monitors facility operations for overall quality and financial viability. Works with Rehab Team to maximize operational and clinical functions to deliver desired results across defined area
• Responsible for the development, retention, hiring and engagement of facility staff. Develops and executes staffing plan and oversees the performance management assessment process to ensure growth and development of direct reports
• Utilizes clinical resources to assist in the development of strategic planning. Oversees clinical competency of site staff around clinical integrity through the development and management of the clinical leadership and implementation of core programs/ specialty products within the facility

• Responsible for direct customer relations, including strategic planning, business development, and problem resolution for designated site(s)
• Serves as site liaison with the clinical team for compliance based on accurate documentation, billing of therapy services, and denials. Partners with the HR administration team to ensure completion of annual compliance requirements
Minimum Qualifications
• Graduate from an accredited program for Physical Therapy/Physical Therapy Assistant, Occupational Therapy/Occupational Therapy Assistant or Speech-Language Pathology
• Must possess and maintain a current license in the state of practice as required; Therapist license strongly preferred
• Minimum three (3) years experience in therapy
• Minimum two (2) years leadership experience or experience as a Clinical Specialist or Master Clinician strongly preferred
• Ability to travel occasionally with overnight stays
• Must be capable of maintaining regular attendance

Role & Opportunity:

The Microsoft Surface Team is seeking qualified candidates to lead a team of Software Engineers as part of the Design Verification team. You will be leading the team responsible for the design verification, characterization, tuning and qualification of software and firmware for different Surface devices. You will build a team that will develop comprehensive verification and characterization strategies, tools and plans that bridge high-level use cases to product architecture/design to effectively and systematically reveal and screen out defects. Part of the role of the team and your role will be to provide critical analysis of data and to drive the right solutions, design changes, optimizations and trade-offs in the context of business priorities. The position involves working closely with other leaders in the team, marketing, electrical engineers, mechanical engineers, software engineers, hardware verification engineers, manufacturing test engineers and program managers.

Qualifications:

BS/MS in Computer Science or similar with more than five years of experience managing teams in charge of designing, developing and\or testing low level software and firmware for high-volume consumer electronics.

Great coding and debugging skills with proven experience with drivers and\or embedded software

Demonstrated ability to design comprehensive verification strategies with supporting documentation including test plans, procedures, and reports.

Very strong communication skills required, including the ability to present to executives and to clearly express technical concepts in verbal and written forms.

Must be able to plan work, and work to a plan adapting as necessary in a rapidly evolving environment.

The ability to comprehend and assimilate technical concepts across multiple disciplines is a plus.

Population Services International (PSI) is a non-profit public health organization, operating in more than 65 low and middle income countries. PSI creates demand for essential health products and services using public and private sector techniques and innovative communications campaigns. On the supply side, PSI works with the commercial, non profit and public sectors to increase access to health products and services for low income and vulnerable populations. All of our efforts are aimed at achieving large-scale behavior change that results in measurable health impacts. PSI markets behavior change, products and services for HIV/AIDS prevention, clean water, family planning, malaria control and maternal and child health.

PSI anticipates being awarded a multi-year research and marketing project to conduct user-focused research to increase uptake and correct and consistent use of microbicides by women at high risk for HIV infection. Specifically, the project will use diverse research methodologies to identify drivers of and barriers to microbicide use and will apply these findings to inform microbicide product design, packaging, positioning and promotion. Finally, the project will provide technical support for communication, demand generation, and adherence and retention interventions in countries where new microbicide products are launched. The project will be implemented over a five year period in two countries in southern Africa.

PSI is seeking candidates for the position of Project Director. The Project Director will manage a multi-partner, multi-country project, providing leadership, management, technical support and coordination with partners, host country governments, PSI staff and donors at both the headquarters and field levels.

The successful candidate will have 10+ years of experience in implementing, researching and/or managing HIV programs, be a recognized leader in the global HIV/AIDS community, and have a strong understanding of biomedical HIV prevention technologies including microbicides and PrEP.

This full-time position will be based in Washington D.C.

RESPONSIBILITIES: The Project Director will

The Microsoft Retail Store Marketing Team is looking for a Senior In-Store Signage Art Director to lead the design of all store marketing materials and artifacts - from large, backlit window displays down to printed price/spec tags, and everything in-between.  

We expect you to have a stunning portfolio, and the necessary skills to excel in a fast-paced multi-disciplinary environment. We are supported by a team of agencies and studios who help turn our ideas into store executions, and share in-house design and engineering resources with the larger retail marketing team. The Global Purchasing Director is a key role in achieving these goals. The successful candidate will be leading all equipment procurement efforts through all phases: source/market survey, solicitation, negotiation, selection, award, administration, and closeout.  

Responsibilities of the Global Purchasing Director will include, but not limited to:

•      Manage the consistent global sourcing, negotiation, contracting, and delivery of Data Center Infrastructure Equipment (HV/MV/LV switchgear, generators, air handlers, UPS, DC Rectifiers, PDU's, busway, etc).

•      Performance management of the Microsoft Purchasing team members in the Americas, Europe and Asia (Connects, Rewards) and assist those FTE's in achieving their career goals and Development Plans.

•      Responsible for managing One-Microsoft relationships with MS Product Sales teams and managing Balance of Trade with supplier-customers.

•      Responsible for developing the Global Supply Base and ensuring source of supply – qualification of suppliers and establishment of a global supply base.

•      Manage factory capacities, lead risk assessments, and develop supply chain strategies to improve business continuity and lead time

•      Own and drive improvements in Data Center Infrastructure Equipment cost, quality, and TTM.

•      Generate, develop, and update all metrics: Cost, Time to Market, On-time Delivery, defect reduction

•      Role model our standard business procedures to ensure compliance with corporate, fiscal, legal, environmental, and risk management policies in order to minimize and limit corporate liability, manage risk, and optimize value.

•      Implement Master Agreements and Project Agreements - Maintain Consistent Solicitation and Selection Methods

•      Maintain internal and external benchmarking to ensure competitiveness and continuous improvement

•      Lead the RFP Development, direct Bidding and Negotiations of all Equipment contracts

•      Vigorous management of Lessons Learned to ensure comprehensive RFP/Bid Forms, WBS, and Specifications continue to provide required coverage of scope and change provisions

•      Ensure POR's (Project Order Releases, Contract Awards against Master Agreements ) are developed consistently and contain appropriate scope, commercial, and corporate (e.g insurance, surety, warranty) provisions

•      Establish International Contracting practices in all Continents to support Pre-Positioning efforts.

•      Post-award management of Contractors, Vendors and Consultants (i.e. "extension of staff)

Relevant Construction Qualifications:

•      Experience in global practical construction equipment management and administration (large scale, advanced technology, MEP-type projects and/or programs). Preference on large-scale projects, managing and administering supplier contracts with a minimum of a $50M USD portfolio)

•      Commercial characteristics - thorough knowledge of soliciting, evaluating, and negotiating commercial construction proposals; BOQ, SOR, labor, fees, and analysis of same to derive the best-value for your employer. Electrical Engineering Degree is a plus..

•      Legal characteristics – Knowledge of Construction Contract Law and UCC. Understanding of regional form of contract (i.e. FDIC, SIA, AIA, corporate global agreements, experience working with Guaranteed Maximum Price Agreements, etc.).

•      Writing/drafting skills – Required fluency in English (verbal/written).

•      Detail Oriented and expert negotiator; ability to identify contracting risks and resolve claims

Basic Qualifications:

•      Minimum of 8 years in a Purchasing Manager role

•      Experience having evaluated, tendered, negotiated, written, and managed a large volume (up to 50) large-scale Equipment RFP/contracts per year.

•      Must have at least 3+ years’ experience in managing Global projects and Global Teams

MSH seeks a Project Director for an anticipated procurement to strengthen the capacity of the Government of Kenya (GoK) to manage a high performing, sustainable, public-health-oriented laboratory service system. The goal of the project is to improve Kenya’s capacity in stewardship, technical guidance, and oversight to implement country-owned and-led quality integrated laboratory services. As such, s/he provides strategic and technical leadership and managerial oversight for the Project. Foreign language fluency is preferred. This position requires international travel to developing countries.

BACKGROUND:

The Partnership for Supply Chain Management (PFSCM) brings together multiple private sector, non-government and faith-based organizations that are among the most trusted

names in supply chain management and international public health and development in the world. PFSCM has been recognized internationally for its work to save lives through

stronger public health supply chains; the partnership won two supply chain distinction awards from the European Supply Chain and Logistics Summit in 2010 and was a finalist

in the 2012 Supply Chain Innovation Award Competition sponsored by the Council of

Supply Chain Management Professionals (CSCMP) and SupplyChainBrain.

PFSCM is implementing the Supply Chain Management System (SCMS) contract for USAID as part of the President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR). With offices in more than 20 countries and over 800 dedicated staff members around the

world, SCMS is helping to improve the lives of people living with HIV/AIDS in some of the countries most severely impacted by the pandemic. SCMS procures essential medicines and supplies at affordable prices; helps strengthen and build cost-effective, reliable, secure and sustainable supply chain systems; and fosters coordination of key stakeholders.

The Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria is a major financing institution in the fight against these diseases in 140 countries. The Global Fund selected PFSCM to be its primary Procurement Agent for Global Fund principal recipients, under its Pooled Procurement Mechanism (PPM) aimed at ensuring a cost-effective and efficient procurement process that meets all the Global Fund standards for a Procurement

Agent. This service provides support to countries to resolve procurement bottlenecks and supply chain management challenges and to facilitate timely access to pharmaceuticals and other health products.

In addition, PFSCM implements other supply chain management projects with other client/donors as appropriate.

OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES:

· The Associate Director is responsible for overseeing and providing day-to-day direction, management and performance of the PPM supply chain functions. She/he directly supports the PPM Project Director in organizing, directing, and managing services required by the contract.

· He/She supports the PPM Project Director by managing the processes for monitoring results and continuous improvement of PPM.

· He/She works with the PPM Project Director to develop overall project strategies.

· He/she functions as the Project Director in the Project Director’s absence.

· The Associate Director interacts on a regular basis with the Global Fund in support of the daily management of the PPM contract.

· He/She is responsible for the management and direct supervision of the PPM functions of Procurement Operations, Client Relations, Freight & Logistics, Performance Management units as well as the Rapid Supply Mechanism (RSM). The Associate Director also represents PFSCM in this location with responsibility for corporate strategy and corporate objectives.

· The Associate Director will serve as a local liaison between PFSCM and i+ solutions for strategic and operational discussions.

· The Associate Director is responsible for creating and maintaining the PFSCM culture in the Woerden PMO in a way which respects the i+ solutions culture as the host organization.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assists the PPM Project Director in managing overall performance for the PPM Project.Oversees management of the PPM supply chain activities.Supervises key operational leadership positions including PPM Deputy Director

Procurement Operations, Deputy Director Client Relations, Freight & Logistics Manager, and RSM Project Manager while also providing administrative oversight to the PMU Advisor and F&L support staff in Woerden.

Provides management direction, and ensures coordination, communication, and

integration among PPM units and within project management.

Works with the PPM Project Director and the rest of the PPM Management team

to develop overall program strategies.

Manages project performance according to the budgetary and contractual

commitments outlined in the PPM contract, including any additional modifications or changes to the current scope of activities.

Oversees the process of developing and implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs) across the PPM project, coordinating these with the i+ solutions’ SOPs and processes.Oversees the process of managing and monitoring program performance against

QUALIFICATIONS:

Master’s degree in public health, business or public administration, project management, logistics, supply chain management or equivalent experience;Minimum of ten years of experience in public health, project management, and/or

Experience in pharmaceuticals and medical supplies and/or supply chain management

systems;

Experience working with international donor agencies, particularly Global Fund a

plus;

Experience working in and/or with developing countries is desirable;Proven track record demonstrating leadership skills, project management, budget and resource management experience, and customer relationship management capability;Excellent written and oral communication skills. Complex Director

Monitors new and emerging exposures and coverage issues and makes recommendations to Regional HO Management regarding same. May periodically conduct desk audits.

Demonstrates an exceptional ability to capture, extract and analyze data specific to existing and emerging risk.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience plus at least 7-10 years of progressively more responsible claims experience required. Prior management experience desired.

Ability to organize, lead and get work done through others; in depth knowledge of insurance products.

Advanced analytical skills to interpret business information drawn from multiple sources to make critical decisions.

Demonstrated team management skills and abilities.

Effective interpersonal skills needed to create and enhance partnerships with internal and external customers; including verbal and written communications
