This is a Position Based Test conducted in accordance with Civil Service Rule 111A.

Under general direction, the Program Support Analyst performs a variety of highly complex and responsible professional administrative duties in the planning and coordination of the activities of the assigned program and provides highly responsible administrative and technical staff assistance to the assigned Program Manager in the Human Services Agency (HSA). The essential functions may include but are not limited to: developing of goals, objectives and policies; developing monthly and quarterly State reports regarding Program activities; participating in the planning, budgeting, development and coordination of program activities; developing and delivering of training to staff and/or community based organizations; implementing the Program work plan; supervising or directing of the work of staff; managing and evaluating contracts and services; writing and developing grant proposals; participating in problem solving; responding to difficult and sensitive client and citizen inquiries and complaints; participating in the planning and evaluation of services to the clients; acting as an agency liaison with Federal, State and local agencies; representing the Program in committees for the development of technological changes in the Department; conducting surveys, analyzing statistics, policies and procedures, and preparing written reports of findings; and performing related duties as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Possession of a Baccalaureate degree from an accredited college or university in business administration, public administration, behavioral science, or a closely related field; AND Four (4) years verifiable professional experience in general administrative or management capacity of a staff or line nature, of which at least two (2) years was in the field of health or human services. This experience must include major responsibility for functions such as budget administration, contract administration, program planning and policy development, and/or statistical research. Substitution: Applicants may substitute the required education with additional qualifying experience on a year to year basis. One (1) year of additional qualifying experience will be considered equivalent to 30 semester units/45 quarter units. Desirable Qualifications:

The role: Corporate Operations Engineer, Corporate Linux Team

As a Corporate Operations Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting the needs of Google’s office and coordinating technical resources at various regional locations. You will provide direct support for a Local network environment based in a mixed Operating System environment (OS X, Linux, Windows). In addition, you will occasionally be required to partner with various teams including security, networking, and infrastructure. Responsibilities:

Provide direct user support for Linux desktops/laptops/servers and user access to corporate network and applications both on the network as well as through remote VPN access.
Follow operating system deployment procedures to build, test and deploy updates to Google’s corporate Linux fleet
Participate in qualification and testing of new corporate hardware (desktops/laptops/servers) to ensure optimal Linux performance.
Travel occasionally to provide IT support at distributed offices.
Support initiatives and projects from various partner groups.

Requirements:

BS degree and/or equivalent experience.
At least 2 years of relevant support experience preferred (at least 5 years for senior candidates) and also experience with various operating systems (Linux/Unix).
Experience with scripting languages (i.e. Python) a plus.
Strong customer service, organizational, communication, and leadership skills are required.
Understanding of LAN/WAN and mobile computing environments.
Expertise in deploying and supporting desktops/laptops, phone systems, video conferencing and various wireless devices.

Demonstrate dependability
Physically fit in order to pass applicable training programs, including being able to open aircraft doors, lift emergency window exits (approx. 30 lbs.), assist with carry-on luggage stowage, push meal & beverage carts (up to 150 lbs.)
Body size cannot exceed specific aircraft dimensions (example: jumpseat, harness without modification, cabin aisle and emergency exits)
Ability to perform safety related procedures.
Able to reach in overhead bins and galley compartments to retrieve emergency equipment and service items.
Must successfully pass a background check and a drug screen

Professional Certifications and Education Required:

High school diploma or GED required, college degree desirable

Job Description:
Under the Captain’s general direction, the incumbent directs all toll collection activities during a shift at an assigned bridge. Incumbent could be assigned to any shift at appropriate bridge. Serves as shift supervisor at an assigned bridge; plans and assigns work, trains personnel, assists employees as necessary, evaluates employee’s performance; prepares/reviews performance reports for all assigned personnel; submits time for assigned collectors in TOPSS; enforces all security procedures for the collection and registration of tolls. Determines all staffing needs on a daily basis; checks traffic conditions to determine staffing needs; assists in preparing monthly reports, such as ticket books reports (“S” pass and possibly “US” Pass), toll collector accuracy reports, P.I. Usage Reports and traffic reports. Takes disciplinary actions and recommends adverse actions as necessary; makes sure that safety meetings are held and that all safety procedures are followed; conducts specialized training and counseling sessions for new employees; serves as Toll Sergeant during emergencies and relieves Bridge Lieutenant as needed at assigned bridge; oversees or performs the preparation of cash and tickets for pick up by courier.
